Gwinnett's Premiere Road Race

Run The Reagan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people in need.  Our proceeds benefit 3 local charities, the Brookwood Schools Foundation, the South Gwinnett Cluster Foundation and the Lilburn Co-Op.  Additionally, each year schools are able to register a team, and earn $5.00 per runner which is donated back to the school.

You can participate in Run The Reagan by visiting our website and clicking on the 'Register Here' button.  You may also register to be a volunteer.

A Half-Marathon, 10K (timed and untimed), 5K (timed and untimed) and one mile fun run.

All registered participants receive a Race Number, and T-Shirt.  Medals are awarded to all Half Marathon Finishers, and to each of the top three runners, by age category, in the 10K and 5K TIMED races.  Untimed races in any age group will not receive a medal.

Of course there is!!   Please use this link to Google Maps to see the full length of the Parkway.  The Start/Finish Line is located in Front of the Map Pin For Piedmont-Eastside Hospital.  Please also note there are several changes in terrain along the course.

Parking will be available in the hospital parking lot, the lot behind Target, and surrounding areas.  Parking staff will be onsite to assist and signs will be posted.

The Start/Finish line is located at the corner of Medical Way and Ronald Reagan Parkway - You Won't Miss it!!

In addition to our races, we will also have a Family Fun Center, featuring vendors, music, games, and more!

Everyone on the course on race day must be a register participant, unless you are assisting a runner.  Those participants who may use strollers for small children must line up in the rear of the pack at the start finish line.

No.  Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, etc. are not allowed on the parkway during the race.  Please also note that the parkway must to reopen to traffic immediately following the race.

Yes, results are usually posted shortly after the race.

Please be sure to select the correct race when searching results.

A tent will be set up in the Family Fun Center for Medals.  When you approach the table your results will be verified and you will receive your medal.  If you do not collect you medal on race day, please contact us at runthereagan@gmail.com

Packet Pick-Up and In Person Registration will be held at Academy Sports + Outdoors located at 1585 Scenic Hwy S, Snellville, GA 30078  on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY, 9th from noon until 8:00pm, and on RACE DAY starting at 7:30am at the race starting area on Ronald Reagan and Presidential Circle.

Yes, we will hold the race unless we are advised not to do so by local authorities, or in the event of severe inclement weather.  We advise all who attend or volunteer to wear suitable clothing for an outdoor event in February.  Lockers and/or storage is not available.

Yes, medical personnel are on site and have access to the race course.  Local law enforcement are also active along the race course in the event of an emergency.

Yes, water stations are provided.  We also have fruit and healthy snacks for runners as they exit the course.

No, walking is permitted, however, please be aware of other participants.

Yes, but we do ask that you remain off the race course and not directly in front of the Start/Finish line for the safety of our staff and runners.  Please feel free to post to our social media accounts as well!
